PAD
Good luck. I hope you like it more than I did. 🙂
Lucky bášŧárd.
I am dying to see it.
Can’t wait for Friday.
Shouldn’t it be gray? We Hulk Puritans remember.
I actually like the green better. It is easier on the eyes.
I must say I am also dying to see the Hulk movie, however it won’t be screening before July in the Netherlands. I just watched the first episode you wrote for B5 of season 2. Simply loved it: the bickering between Mollari’s wives was great and the remarks even reminded me somewhat of New Frontier.
“Shouldn’t it be gray? We Hulk Puritans remember.”
To match the movie, Marvel will probably change the continuity so that Hulk has been green all along. 😉
We shall see.
Yea, Marvel is funny like that. Is Wolverine still Canadian or has Marvel rewritten that?
Hmmm, it’s not easy being green… 😉
Good news: Wolvie is still from Canada. Bad news: in the Marvel Universe, the US annexed Canada in 1868. 🙂
I preferred the other color. But I don’t get it. What’s going on this week? They finally made a Green Arrow film? Or maybe it’s Lorne Greene’s birthday?
I figure that if PAD gives a bad review, I will officially lose interest. I cannot say that him liking or not liking something means I’ll agree, but in this case, a bad review indicates that the master is displeased, and here I bow to the master.
Looks like a lot of Internet folks are using the color green to celebrate the upcoming Hulk film. A similar color change happened to folks’ avatars on CGTalk.com, resulting in this fun and silly thread here:

In response to the thread, I rendered an image of my 3D elf with green clothing. You can see her reaction to the color change here:

Here’s hoping the Hulk film turns out well.
🙂
I like the green. I wouldn’t want to live this way all the time — it’d be like listening to fireworks every night of the year — but it’s fun for now.
(People who are having trouble reading it might consider “Select All”; highlighting the text on my computer turns the letters white and the space immediately behind them blue.)
Hopefully I won’t be seeing the movie until a week after opening at the earliest, as packed theaters sort of ruin the experience for me. I gleefully look forward to reading your review, regardless of any spoilers present.

Hey Jen! Or should I say “Oh Hëll!”
(I was Lusiphur on ISCA way back when)
Nice to see you around.
How’s Lore doing?
I need to order a complete set this Summer.

Isn’t Ultimate Wolverine American? Weapon X was in Arizona.
Though, oddly, Ultimate Hulk started Green and ended up Gray.
Well it’s good to see that you altered the hypertext linking colors from total green to more black colors. That way we can see ’em more easily. Thanks!
I like the green. Funnily enough, I remember my Internet Communications prof saying that in the marketing field, Green generally is a color to avoid since it’s been found that books with green covers sell less than books in other colors. Why? He couldn’t say, but that’s how it worked out. So he said to avoid green on websites.
I don’t take advice well.

The only vehicle I ever owned was this shade of Green. Thanks for the weird memory flashbacks.:-)
A Friend of mine has a blogger and he used to have a layout with “Weezer” Theme. I don’t know why he sticked with that layout for months to come, but its backgroud was one of those shiny and light greens. It was sometimes scary.

A note for Glenn. I may be the only one this applies to but for a while now I’ve been seeing the type on this site against a white background. It’s still that way with the green scheme. Not a problem but I just thought I’d mention it. I’m viewing with Internet Explorer running on Mac OS 9.2
Ewww. Mac.
(Sorry, been stuck on a Mac for image analysis since Friday, and it’s been tough).
This color makes me confused.
You won’t like me when I’m confused…
I think the green is appropiate. 🙂 I think I’m starting to like it.
Btw, is Peter still a fan of Doctor Who? I saw his intro for I, Who 2 and wondered if he was still a fan and if he ever has been to United Fan con in Springfield, Massachusetts.
I kinda like the Green a little better than the other color.
I don’t expect PAD to pan the movie or give it bad reviews unless the material he wrote the novelization with was vastly different than the released movie.
I’m looking forward to to the movie if for no other reason than to read PAD’s novelization that I bought a few weeks back but have been waiting until the movie is relaesed to read it.
I like the new color scheme. As mentioned earlier it is a lot easier on the eyes.
I prefer the green myself. Much easier on these old eyes.

Off Topic
From Cinescape:
Next week I’ll cover some DC characters who could use a fresh look, but if I’ve missed out on any Marvel heroes you feel need the treatment, write me! In addition to that, I’d also like your help on a future project. After THE HULK comes out, I’m going to do a two-part column on the best and worst movie adaptations of comic books (which one THE HULK will ultimately fit into is up to the filmmakers, obviously). I want to include your views on the subject, so mail your votes for best and worst movie adaptations of comic books, along with the reasons why, to me at feedback@cinescape.com. Should be fun!
Since the same topic got so much response here, I thought everyone might be intresed in giving their opinoins and insights again to a diffrent source.

It’s not easy seeing green…
I’m just hoping no one’s wearing purple pants in order to celebrate this film…
Speaking of Macs: Apple must have forked over a bunch of their own green for the sort of product placement they got in the Hulk movie. Saw the preview last night, and there were some real beauty shots of new iMacs running OS X.

The same thing happened to me. Since using apple’s own browser Safari all has been well.
Don’t make the background color angry. You won’t like the background color when it’s angry…
(Well, SOMEone had to say it.)

Weapon X was in Arizona. And Canada. And various other countries in the world.
okay, off topic. Green cool. Look like Sherbert.
hmm…the stuff between the asterix’s was supposed to be bold indicating a quote from a previous poster. Hulk not use computer well.
sherbert not supposed to be capitalized either
boy is my face green. red. I mean red.

Hi, Joe! Long time, no ISCA! 😉 I’m up to #10 with Lore. Check out my website, and send me an email if you get the chance!
