hey david i work for a brazilian comic site, can you give me a interview?

  2. WWWWOOOOOOW! I read the first few pages of this in a preview/flyer at my comic shop. Can’t wait to see it.

I’ve been wondering where Bette Noir is in relation to St. Roch. Maybe Hawkgirl could show up?

  3. Purdy! Of course, I suspect it’ll be even better when we see what Peter’s dialogue is. 🙂

  4. The only thing keeping me from running out to buy the first issue right now is knowing what time it actually is as I type this comment.

  5. Looks good. You certainly have a knack for picking great artists.

When does this come out, anyway?

That and the fact that it doesn’t go on sale for almost another FOUR weeks. (7/9). 🙂

Wasn’t me. Editor Lysa Hawkins picked Dave Lopez. Oh, she sent me sample art and I okayed it, but she found him.

July 9. I’d either get to the store early or pre-order it, because I’ve no idea whether retailers got behind it or not.

  8. Dang, but that whole creepy pulp/noir flavor’s hooked me in. This looks quite impressive.

I so much hope that “Fallen Angel” will be a success. It’s nice when quality stuff is actually considered to be good – not only by the reviewers but also by retailers and comic-fans.

  10. Shame you couldn’t have got the cover to Captain Marvel #10 on the net in time – it was actually outsold by Captain Marvel #9!

  11. It’s curious to see David Lopez’s art in color. It looks cool.

Can’t wait to grab my copy…

  12. The latest DC Horizon had a five-page preview of #1 in it, dialogue and all. Based on those five pages alone, I was hooked and added the series to my pull list at the local shop. I think I’m going to enjoy this one. *g*

  13. My socks! They’ve been knocked off!!

Seriously, I, too, am chomping at the proverbial bit ( well, proverbially chomping too, I suppose ) to read this!!
