Happy Birthday Peter!

Today is Peter’s Birthday.
It is 3 weeks after Ariel’s and 2 weeks after mine. So if Ariel’s birthday is on a Friday we know Peter’s and mine are too.

  1. Also born on PADS birthday:

    Euripides writer of Electra

Ray Charles, whose Booty Butt reached No 36 in 1971

    Good company all. Congratulations, PAD

  2. Happy Belated Birthday, Peter David. And with any luck, hopefully next year at this time, you’ll all be able to say Happy Birthday to my son, Brandon Thomas, who should make his debut on Tuesday. They will be inducing labor on my wife late Monday night, it looks like. Comics fan that I am, I can’t help but refer to my son as “The Sensational Character Find of 2005!”

  3. “Euripides writer of Electra”

Dang, the 23d was a good day for writers! (and an even better one for readers.)

A very happy (if belated) birthday Mr. David! May you have many, many more!

  4. Late to yet ANOTHER party!

I hope that your birthday was an EXTREMELY happy one, Peter.

Every time I buy a book that you’ve written, it feels like I’M receiving a birthday present from YOU! May I, and others, receive many more from you!

BTW Top marks to the lady who announced it! You’re a VERY lucky man.

  5. Happy belated birthday. I would have gotten this out on your birthday, but I was too busy celebrating mine a day early.

Great month to be born (a lot of cold January’s I assume), and I hope you celebrated.

  6. Peter, happy birthday with wishes of many, many more to come.

And the wife and I had an amusing thought… We were at the NY Renaissance Festival today when Tim Curry showed for a while. I just had this image of the two of you running into each other in your “Arthur” costumes.

I’ll stop now. Happy Birthday again!

  7. My son was a day away from sharing his birthday with Peter David? Ah well, Happy Birthday PAD. I will just have to do stricter planning for my next child I think.

  8. Hippy Happy Bthudth Birthday, or whatever Owl wrote in the story by Milne! (Actual email address is at spamcop dot net instead of cruelmail dot com.)

  9. Happy Birthday man.

Moltes feliçitats nano(that would be a congratulation in Catalan), hope you enjoy the day

  10. That’s what I get for not reading this blog every day. Hope you had a fun birthday in South Dakota.

  11. Happy Birthday Peter David!

I hope you write many more New Frontier sequels.

I am on book six the New Frontier “Cold Wars” volume of the Gateways saga.

after that I plan to finish all the New Frontier books in the series.

I have 360 Star Trek books that are unread. I always buy them when they are published… afraid that if I don’t..I never find it again.

If I read one book a week perhaps in about seven years I’ll finish reading all 360 novels.

Hope you have a Happy Birthday Peter!

  14. OK, that didn’t work out quite the way I expected. I attempted to put in a hot link to my site, but it didn’t take, so let’s see if this works better:

If for some reason that doesn’t work Peter, go to Cuppacafe.com, and scroll down ’til you see the “Crossing the Line” post.
