The temptation to respond to this competition is enormous, (for a start, I could remind Johanna of her guess a decade back as to the derivation of my nickname, and promise never to make it public ) but since I already have the issues in question, I’d rather the prize(s) went to someone who’s not yet reading the book.

Elayne, I’ve never said that. In fact, I’ve said the opposite many times. But this isn’t about me, it’s about getting more attention for a title that deserves it.
