I asked fans to nominate “Artful” for the Hugo. Apparently we were shut out by puppies or some such.
My thanks to anyone who did make the effort to support me. There’s still the World Fantasy Award, but I doubt there’s any point at this juncture.

The Hugos may have just become irrevelant. Not being nominated might even be a bigger honor than being included now.
Yeah, from what I’ve been reading, the Hugos have a wee bit of a reputation problem right now.
Don’t worry, I think there may be Retro Hugo Awards for this year.
A friend wrote the software used for tabulating Hugo votes. he and i are desultorily discussing the situation.
