If only Trump was far away from the rest of civilization.
Dragon*Con… isn’t that the convention where they hand out the Julie Award(s)? I’d love to hear who won it this year.

Apparently someone was injured by something (a chair?) dropped from an upper floor in the hotel?

Any info on that?
some idiots threw 2 chairs, and some bottles, off the 10th floor balcony of the Marriott Marquis (outside balcony) into the smoking area below.
Two women were injured – taken to hospital, treated, and released. . . so nothing life threatening, tho they were lucky, as it could have been MUCH worse. (one of the women was cosplaying as Loki, and she credited the helmet for preventing severe injury).
so it wasn’t into the central corridor of the hotel – which would have been way worse, as it would have caused a stampede panic, and there are usually at LEAST 15K people in the Marriott lobby that time of night.
last I heard the ladies wanted to press charges, and police were looking for the culprits.
