Look who shows up about 57 sec into the video.

Whoa.
How’d that come about?
Cool! How did it come about?
Just who WAS that mild-mannered man?
And who was that adorable little girl?
Very cool.
On a completely unrelated note, did you see Comic Book Resources had readers vote on the Top 10 Peter David stories of all time (so far…)? Actually, they ended up showing the Top 15…

Ack! Not available in my region! I’m gonna cry.
I also ordered the deluxe edition of Year of the Black Rainbow from Amazon about 2 weeks ago but it still hasn’t shipped yet. Seriously, I’m really gonna cry now.
Hey! Dry those tears because today I can watch the video for some reason. First time I heard anything off the album, but I really liked it. Great video too. Kind of similar to Soundgarden’s Black Hole Sun but I think it has a more professional sheen – I loved how everything was getting sucked up into the sky – , and PAD being in a metal prog rock video is pretty hip. I’ll probably listen to this and watch the video a whole bunch more times today. And maybe one day I’ll finally get the album.
Oh, and I did mention this in a previous post, but another great Coheed video is Blood Red Summer cause it has zombies in it. Check that one out, everybody.
It’s okay, though – the Doctor will tow all those planets back where they belong in the end…
Can someone describe what happens in the Vid?
.
It’s blocked in Britain.
.
Cheers
Everybody is pointing up to the sky in “It’s A Bird, It’s A Plane” fashion. At the 57 sec. mark, they cut to a cute kid with some old guy standing behind her.
Obviously, Stan the Man wasn’t in town that day…lol.
that’s awesome. great song as well
I’m assuming this was your music video debut? If so, you picked a kick-ášš video to start your new career.
This is going to sound incredibly dorky, but then again, I’m an incredible dork, so it’s to be expected. I intern with a literary agency. I told my boss about the whole Coheed and Cambria thing as an example of an author I thought was being creative in marketing himself and his response was “Track this guy down. Ask him about his representation.”
So, Mr. David… you don’t happen to be looking for an agent?
