Exclusive to this site, here’s a behind the scenes photo from the recording session for my second season episode of “Young Justice.” You’re looking at three generations of Flash, voiced by (l-r) George Eads as Barry Allen/Flash, Jason Spizak as Kid Flash, and the debut of Geoff Pierson as the Golden Age Flash (who looks so much like Jay Garrick that he could cosplay him at Comicon). Photo courtesy of David Wilcox of the YJ production team and used with permission.

Holy smokes…Geoff really could wear the helmet….maybe casting call for any Flash movie?
And he has a terrific speaking voice. We’re only ten or so episodes into the first season, so God only knows when it’s going to air. But it’ll be worth the wait.

I remember when Geoff did those Nick at Nite “Our reruns are better than theirs!” commercials, so I know he’s got a great voice! I look forward to seeing (and hearing) the new season!
Groovy!
Really enjoying this show – love the YJ/Titans mythology mixing. Can’t wait for more new eps to air.
I’m looking forward to this like you would not believe. Eads is a good pick for Barry, but John Wesley Shipp would’ve been perfect.
Peter David writing three generations of Flashes?

I don’t watch YJ but there’s no way I’m missing this one!
You should start watching it. It’s an excellent series.

Just curious, but in writing your episodes did they tell you what date the episode takes place on. I’ve found it interesting they have that and was wondering if it had any meaning other than details.
Yes, the time and date are supplied by Greg and Brandon.

Wait! Captain Marvel is doing voice overs for Young Justice???!!!
It’s heartening to see that Jay lives on on Earth-YJ even if his fate in the DCnU is up for grabs.
Awesome photo! So, how’d you get all three speedsters to stay still long enough for the photo to be taken?
I think you could’ve used a “Flash” on that camera.

Sorry, I couldn’t resist. 🙂
Well, you could have resisted if you’d noticed the part where I said that David Wilcox had taken the picture, not me.

Nice group, but I think it could use just a little Impulse to really spice things up(but hey, who knows what could happen in the future, considering time travel and all).
so cute! i’d do all three generations, including the csi dude who almost got buried alive in that tarantino episode. plus, DON”T KILL OFF MONET OK?!?!? she is my favorite member of xfactor!!!
I would like to see the three of them on a life action Flash series.
It must be me, ’cause every time I see Geoff Pierson, I still think of Jimmy from “Grace Under Fire.” Fortunately, that image is being replaced by one where he’s rocking Jay Garrick’s look!
Great pic! Looking forward to the YJ episode.
Funny, I look at him and think of Jack Malloy from “Unhappily Ever After”.
Wot – no Max Mercury?
