Well, now you can. J.K. Woodward, artist supreme on “Fallen Angel” has put up his own website. After holding a nationwide contest and consulting no less than three major think tanks, he dubbed it…hold on…http://www.jkwoodward.com where he’s selling the original pages from “Fallen Angel #6.” They are remarkably reasonably priced and can be yours if you move fast, since I’m pretty sure this is the first website that’s advertising it.

  1. Neat. I’ll take a look at that. I just got done reading the TPB for IDW’s first issues a few minutes ago.

    Lot’s of good FA stuff lately, what with DC announcing the second volume of their FA TPB. Issues 7 through 12, I think.

  6. A little bit off topic, I know, but I really preferred his original painted style to the one he’s using now. I’m sure the painted one was a lot more time consuming, but his current drawing style looks amateurish. I’m probably in the minority, as I’ve seen a lot of postings to the contrary.

  9. I made a purchase last night but it has not been removed from the artist’s site tho my Paypal payment was accepted. I also e-mail’d the artist to confirm the order but I haven’t received an answer. PD, can you help?

    Don’t worry I’m on it right now.

    someone else is handling the pay pal account and I’m on the phone with him now. I told him it would all start tommorrow. Sorry about the delay. didn’t honestly expect a response this early.

  14. That made me sad. I wonder if Jjurgy is the one who had already purchased the page I wanted. Kind of frustrating to make a big impulse purchase (and I really didn’t have the money for it in my budget, so I just gritted my teeth and did it) and find out the next day that it was for an item already sold…

    If this is who I think it must be(the first initial matches but the last name is different), then check your email, I’m trying to make it up to you. I hope this helps. and I’m sorry that it happened. It’s happened to me before and I know how much it sucks.

    Hey Kath,
    that’s actually a good idea.
    However, I don’t have much time at the moment. (pencilling, inking and colouring an issue every month takes some time), but when I get the chance, I’ll do some pencil sketches and put it up on my site. Try in a couple of weeks. I’ll do my best.

    Also, I was thinking of maybe talkin with the folks at IDW about limited edition prints of covers. Like 100 or 500 prints, then signing and numbering them. These could also be sold at a cheaper price. But at this point it’s just a thought. I aven’t actually talked with anyone about this idea.

    I didn’t even notice till just now when I was filling out my online order, so I searched this site to see if there’d been any mention! PAD, why didn’t this rate its own entry????
