i’ve loved peter david ever since i discovered him on his hulk run. Been away from comics for awhile but captain marvel has sucked me back in (even though he always used to suck balls, figuratively speaking). Anyway i hate computers and just found this site n from now on u’ll probly hear from me regularly. Anyway just wanted to figure out a couple of things. Are you Mr. David’s wife or sister (both?). Also am i just wasting my time writing this or will u actually respond. Would peter respond. I mean i see he’s posting stuff but hes a busy man so i dont know. Anyway i’m about to graduate from college n i basically want to become peter david when i get out so please validate my dreams if u happen to read this. Otherwise i’m sure i’ll find him at some comic convention someday. I’ll be back, n i’ll write more next time if i suspect that peter actually wastes his time reading this crap. peter david is one of the funniest and smartest people on Earth, I don’t care what the topic is or what series it is for, if a peter david book comes out I buy it without question. The only star trek books I buy are his, and I would love to see his novels turned into shows, it has to be better than enterprise.

I’ve been waiting for a thread to go this way (read noob friendly) so I could jump in on this forum. I’m with you, joy. For the most part, I was only reading Trek books by other authors so I could stay up with the stuff PAD was writing. I got myself stuck, though, when I tried to read the Gateways seriers so I could move on to Being Human with full knowledge of what had happened. Maybe it’s just the fact that I’m not down with the OST, but reading through Susan Wright’s One Small Step is like running on a white sandy beach… in a hurricane… with a parachute tied to my back… and an open umbrella in each hand… and flippers on my fee…
You get what I’m saying.
Oh yeah, war the return of Farscape. (test for any Jim Rome fans out there)

Oh, okay… uh… One Small Step was a less than pleasing read. Thoughts?
um…. am I going to be stoned for pointing out that if John Byrne were “South Parkerized”, he’d most likely look identical?
Doesn’t surprise me at all Fred. The generator is limited but kinda fun. Peter and I worked out one for me last night but I didn’t save it at the time.

Wouldn’t it be cool to have a South Park episode where giant-sized Peter David, John Byrne, and Todd McFarlane duke it out in a godzilla-esk battle, debating comics while at the same time destroying all of the South Park universe?

Okay. I can accept the look of the character, even the beard. I can accept the South Park version of the “Fallen Angel” background. I can accept the Superman T-shirt. But, yo yo yo, what up wit’ the backwards baseball cap, G?

Thank you. When I saw PAD “South Park”-erized I laughed out loud. Given the serious tone some of these threads take, it’s a welcome break to see something that’s 100% FUN!

Anyone tell me how to save it once you’ve created it? Can’t seem to see where that option lies.

Try http://www.imagestation.com. You can upload pictures there for free. (As long as you don’t upload any naked pictures of your ex-girlfriends)
You can upload them and anyone can look at them if give the URL. They won’t have to join any clubs or groups to see them.
You all should be able to cut and paste it directly into your browser and go directly to the album without being required to join anything. Hope this works.
