Luigi, your well-wishings for Ramadan and Diwali are a touch belated (this year, Ramadan began in October and ended in early November, while Diwali fell in early November).
As for your spelling of Channukah, it's no more right or wrong than anyone else's. A "proper" transliteration would render it [C]H-N-K-H, since standard Hebrew doesn't signify vowels--the [C]H represents a letter which represents the same sound as the "ch" in the Scottish "loch" but can also be transliterated simply as H, although the final H represents a completely different Hebrew letter which is pronounced akin to the English "h". In a "proper" transliteration, there would only be would one "n" and one "k"--either Chanukah or Hanukah--but English isn't known to respect non-Latin alphabets when it comes to transliteration.
Well, my muslim cop friend told me about Ramadan being over when I spoke to him on December 12, but I didn't know about Diwali. In any case, my post above was made with my tongue planted firmly in my cheek (hell, I could've included Easter, Valentine's, St. Patty's and Fourth of July too), but thanks for the edification, Joesph. :-)
